Check out our lab tests for our pork and chicken products. We raise our animals and feed them specifically to attain this mazing Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio. Our pork comes in at 1.5:1 and our chicken has a ratio of 1.7:1. To give some context this blows away even pastured poultry at an 8:1 ratio and free range poultry at an 18:1 ratio. Our pork tested at 1.5:1 and conventional pork is 20:1.
